“At least one time per day.”, one of my email subscribers reached out to me and asked.

Well.

You can’t be happy ALL the time… but you can at least try not be IN THE WAY of being happy all the time…

But back to your question…

Being happy at least ONCE a day is fairly easy!

You just choose to, and then you do it. It’s actually not a big deal. You just stop the drama and focus on the cool stuff.

Of course you now might say “Haha very funny… I would do this if it were so easy…jerk…” And I understand. But what I try to say here is: you can always choose what you want to be and feel like…

Be honest with yourself and think about how fast you can actually change your mood? You could ANYTIME think back to the funniest moment in your life… when you were laughing until your stomach hurt. And then you feel the same in this very moment too…

It’s what we are focusing on which makes the difference.

So if you want to be happy at least ONCE a day. Focus on something uplifting, positive, funny or cool at least ONCE a day.
