“Stop writing depressive stuff, Thomas!”, he said to me.
“You are making me sad…”
But I couldn’t help it. I had to get it out of the system.
And I think that’s something everyone should be doing in some way or form.
But only very few have found their personal outlet to get rid of the pressure life loves to put onto us. Few learned to properly handle (emotionally and strategically) all the bullshit that comes along.
Without an outlet that fits your personal style, you’ll accumulate more and more pressure inside yourself. And then it manifests itself in anxiety, scarcity, fear, stress, unhappiness, depression, ego, illness or death…
All things I try very hard to avoid at the best of my abilities.
But not every “outlet” fits everyone. Not everyone is meant to be blogging about the challenges he is currently facing and the lessons he learned from overcoming it. Many people might even tell me I shouldn’t either.
But some are.
And what I know is that it works very well for me.
And that’s good enough for now.
So…
What works for YOU?
